About me

My story

With over 30 years of experience in the IT space, I have extensive leadership and coding experience. Why ? I came from an era where C++ developers bore the responsibility for all facets of software development, from UX/UI design, to coding, database creation, QA and from deployment management to execution. Giving me a strong viewpoint and deep understanding of each step in the technology cycle.

Efficiency, curiosity, and an open-minded approach have always been a cornerstone to my philosophy, which I applied during my roles as a Project and Program manager. I’ve applied these approaches to large clients and multi layered matrix organizations and applying SCRUM, Lean, and Kanban to become integral tools of our trade.

Partnering with these multilayered organizations gave me a profound understanding of what their pain points are, how they operate, handle budgets, and risks, and recruit resources. I’ll be teaching you different approaches and mindset to think and operate effectively in these multilayered organizations and processes.

I realized that my approach to training Scrum Masters, Agile Teams, Product owners and Leadership in Agile practices not only guaranteed success but also surpassed industry standards. It became evident when leading consulting firms began adopting my training materials and methods. Furthermore, I frequently witnessed my Scrum Masters and Agile project managers have been promoted or being lured away to better-paying positions in other organizations. Some of them have been offered not only leadership positions but also relocation to EU, UK, or USA.

My mission

Over the past two decades, I have spearheaded eight large-scale Agile transformations for prominent financial institutions worldwide. Additionally, I have established over twenty Agile/Lean practices for medium-sized and startup companies. I have developed training materials and coached more than two hundred aspiring and practicing Scrum Masters and Agile coaches on practical skills, ecosystems, and toolsets. Personally interviewing and hiring scores of Scrum Masters for my companies has also been a part of my responsibilities.

Recognizing the rapid pace of market evolution, I emphasize the distinction between 'paper certificates' and practical knowledge. Therefore, my focus remains on delivering practical skills and devising methods to effectively coach individuals in their Agile journey.



Now, I find myself in my third career shift, where I've realized that instead of helping a limited number of individuals within organizations to improve, facing company politics and resistance, I could contribute to the community at large. In these challenging times, precise practical knowledge is crucial for seizing control of one's life, future, and destiny.
